By texting the Thumbsite phone number or using any Thumbsite service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

What Thumbsite does

Thumbsite builds and hosts a website for you based on instructions you send via SMS and MMS. We use AI to interpret your messages and update your site accordingly.

Your content

You own the content you provide (text, images, business information). By sending it to Thumbsite, you grant us a license to display it on your hosted site and process it through our services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Thumbsite to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property
• Send spam or abuse the messaging system
• Attempt to access other users' sites or data

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

We aim to keep Thumbsite available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

Thumbsite is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

SMS & messaging

Program name: Thumbsite — SMS Website Builder

Description: By texting the Thumbsite phone number, you can create and manage a business website through conversational AI. We reply with site edit confirmations, preview and live URLs, onboarding guidance, and image processing notifications.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive replies to messages you send, plus follow-up notifications for tasks you request (e.g., image generation). We do not send unsolicited messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-out: Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from Thumbsite. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Changes to terms
